Finally, at the last second, he swerves sharply into a tight, drifting turn that brings him skidding to a neat halt in a single spin a few feet from the door, looking for all the world like he just drove up and parked like a normal person.]

He looked like he needed help, so I've brought him back to the Villa if you wish to see him.

It takes Cloud an hour or two to get back to Sylvain because at first, he assumes it's spam. It takes him a bit to remember why the name sounds familiar. Right, Lorenz's roommate...no, the other guy. Well, same guy, but also different. Whatever.

It still looks like spam, and he cannot believe he's seriously going to respond to it, but with a sigh, he does. Gotta keep up that reliable merc rep, after all. It's not what you know, but who. And hey, if this does turn out to be a prank, at least Cloud and Zack get food out of it.

Cloud pauses his work on his bike at the garage when Fenrir tells him there's an important message from - not from Red, but from his DTF. That can't be good. Cloud finishes tightening the bolts on the part of the bike he's upgrading and stands, wiping a bit of sweat from his brow with the back of the hand holding the wrench.

Oh, great. Didn't anyone tell Red not to eat or drink anything that wasn't made by a real person instead of the Peacekeeper and its weird fake people?

On my way. Acting funny how?

He has Fenrir send the text as he wipes his hands off with a rag and then mounts his bike immediately to tear out of the garage at top speed toward the hub. Hopefully, he can get there before Red does something even stupider.
